Coaching is a conversation that focuses on the needs of the individual. During an introductory session, I like to identify and explore what these goals are to be. My role is to support you, the client, as you work towards meeting your goals, identify action plans and support you as you take steps towards meeting your goal. Sometimes goals are short term and can be reached fairly quickly. Others require a longer duration.
Coaching can take place in person or via the telephone. Duration of coaching sessions is determined by the client. In addition to these meetings, clients have access to me via telephone or email throughout their contract time for brief check-ins or emergencies. An introductory package will be emailed to you and is to be returned to the coach before the first session.
