I am the founder of LEAP Professional Coaching. I have a diverse professional background with over twenty years of experience in education and business within Canada, Europe, and South America.

My background in the education industry spans roles in Early Childhood Education right through to Adult Education. I have excelled as a teacher, school administrator and facilitator of leadership-based training for district, school and community based personnel. I have also specialized working with First Nations, Youth at Risk, as well,  travelled extensively which has enabled me to apply my passion, energy and skills to international projects focused on improving resources and access to education for young children.

I have a diverse background of skills and practices when working with people. I am a Certified NLP Practitioner, as well as a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner. Whether in a workshop, facilitation, coaching, or one on one setting, I integrate techniques and strategies to create an environment that offers learning, as well as a level of awareness that creates new possibilities and choices. I see myself in partnership with those I am working with, as a catalyst, reconnecting people with their passion and igniting their strengths to live a life that is fulfilling and satisfying - professionally and personally. What we create in one environment of our world, directly affects all the others - physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual.
